Hi Pat if you have floor joists and boards that need replacing then it needs to be done FIRST as the new plaster would be damaged fitting the floor as joists span from wall to wall. Then you can have the damp proofing and plastering done. If it's a laminate or hardwood floor this can be fitted once the new plaster as completely dried.ED
