Hi Ben this is a problem I have had many times, why post a job when you can't be bothed to answer the phone! Use the request a call back feature but I wouldn't hold your breath as in my experience 9/10 they will not contact you. If you can't make contact with the customer then it's not a genuine lead and you should get a refund despite what Rated People say. Ed
