Hi there, If this tradesperson has purchased the right to quote on your job, we will have sent you a link to their profile page. Profile pages contain info such as photos of past jobs, relevant qualifications, skills and of course, their ratings from past Rated People customers. We encourage all homeowners to use this information to help them decide who to hire. I'd also recommend having a read of our homeowner checklist, which you can find on the following link: http://www.ratedpeople.com/c/homeowner-checklist. If you're having trouble finding the link to the profile page, you can also view the profile and ratings of the tradesperson interested in your job by logging in to your account online. Select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list. You will then be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and the links to their profile pages.
