This is a tricky answer..... Condensation is caused by dew point being reached on surfaces. If you increase the surface temperature , condensation will not occur , BUT , the humidity will then continue and dew point will eventually be reached somewhere, carpets, curtains , cupboards etc. I would advise you to sort the humidity . Insulate for thermal reasons only
