How do i prevent paint from bubbling?

It is usually caused by moisture, or if a product/ chemical is already on the wall prior to painting. Ensure the wall is sanded/ scraped back first. If the area is sound and dry, apply a primer or sealer to the offending patch, wait to dry and then repaint the area. I hope this helps
