A normal 32amp ring main can handle approximately 7kw but there are several factors to take into considered as to the actual size of the conductor's, whether the cables are clipped directed or in a thermally insulated wall etc, advice would be get a qualified electrician in to confirm the load as he would be better placed to inspect the circuit in realtime please do not take my answer as gospel as this could cause more damage to the circuit/s.
