Hi Colin, Possible issues with the heating element (if the water is warm it's not that), the thermostat, the timer motor, low pressure because of a leaking hose or even the control panel. If you're not a technical person, you definitely need an appliance engineer as Russ previously advised you. Have fun!

Hi Colin You require a domestic applaince engineer to look at your machine. There is no section on here for that. You may be lucky if you post a job under electrician but might be easier to google appliance engineer in your area, Hope this helps Russ
