Hi Eric, i always like to see boards going the longest way as this keeps the area looking large,i always start by getting it square in the doorways as this to me is the most visible point also if you finish at the doorway you will struggle getting it under your architraves.More than happy to answer any questions you may have regards john select floors

its totally up to yourself but I always start from the shortest , easier to keep the 1st and 2nd row straight,start from the left with the biggest lip facing yourself and stagger joints so joints don't match up

Click flooring/tongue and groove can be layed to your own specific way can also be layed diagonal from corner to corner but can have a lot of cuts . Always remember when laying the flooring not to have two boards matching in line always start with a cut and have the boards staggering for a better bond . Almost like the bond on a brick wall :) regards Donald
