Hi Gem, To give a rating, you need to log in to your account or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation which will bring up a list of jobs that you've posted through Rated People. After this, select the job from the list and click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. A tradesperson can also send you a prompt to leave a rating. If this has happened for you, you'll need to click the tradesperson/company name in this email and follow the instructions to leave your rating.
