Hi Andrew, Ceilings come in all shapes and sizes with all different finishes, wallpaper, artex, cracks to joints, damp problems. It is totally impossible to answer a question like that without more information. Exact dimensions and finishes. If you would like to let us know them I would be happy to provide a (ball park figure) again a tradesman would need to view the works prior to a definitive quotation. Kind Regards Andy LCS
