Hi Hilda I always recomend to post a job on main website because some of a job needs to be seen before any advice is given. Our service is free of charge with no obligation quote and our tradesmans are happy to help with every aspects of jobs. I would strongly recomend to post a job on Rated People home page then 3 companies will get in touch then you would be able to choose the right person as you would receive an e mail with a link to tradesman account where you would see a pictures and you will read revious from previous customers. I hope this will help Best regards Rafal

Hi Hilda, My name is Robert from Saddleworth Window Outlet in Oldham. We specialize in the the supply and installation of windows, doors and conservatories, and are regarded by Rated People as experts in our field. The price for installing a conservatory can vary on several factors. Obviously, the size of the conservatory is important as well as the style, e.g Edwardian / Victorian Also the type of roof you require, since it can be polycarbonate, which is easier to install than a glass or tiled roof. From scratch, I would say you were looking at around £600 to £800 for a reputable conservatory installer to fit the conservatory frames and glass along with the roof. Allow also for VAT, if they are VAT registered. This price doesn't include any foundation, base or wall erection, which would be costed separately, also any additional work like plastering, plumbing, electrics or tiling would be an additional cost. If you have an existing conservatory, also take into account the fact that there would be a cost for removing the old frames and roof, as well as installing the new. Make sure you choose a reputable installer and ask for a full detailed written quotation, with CAD drawings which all specialists should be able to provide. Hope this helps Rob Saddleworth Window Outlet
