this cant be repaired. replacement of glass unit is the only thing you can do.

Hi May, the non expensive way to solve this problem is with a glazier for timber frame or upvc installer/glass replacement . As there is condensation in-between the glass the unit has failed & will need replacing. Hope that helps Nick
