Hi Russell, How we work is that you post a job on our site and up to three tradespeople with a matching trade and work area can contact you. When a tradesperson is interested in your job post and purchases the lead to quote, we email you to let you know. This email contains a link to their profile with us which is where you'll find any ratings and reviews that they've received from homeowners who've previously hired them through us.
