How can I downgrade my subscription?
If you’re thinking about downgrading your membership, we completely understand that business needs can change. You can request a downgrade at any time through our Chatbot - we’re always happy to help you review your options.
Downgrades are applied at your next renewal date. If you’re currently within a Minimum Term Membership Plan, your downgrade will take effect once that term comes to an end. Until then, you’ll continue to benefit from your current plan and all its features.
We kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice before your renewal date so we can process your request in time. If we receive your downgrade request less than 7 days before renewal, your next payment may still be taken as scheduled, and the downgrade would then apply at the following renewal date.
