You can request an upgrade at any time through our Chatbot, who will guide you through the steps.
Upgrades usually take effect straight away, so you can start benefiting from your new plan features as soon as possible. Any additional charges will either be applied immediately, or reflected in your next payment, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
If you’re currently within a Minimum Term Membership Plan, upgrading will move you onto the new plan and a new minimum term may begin from the date of the upgrade. We’ll always make this clear before confirming any changes.
