How can I request a refund for a job lead?
If you were unable to quote for a lead you purchased, you may be able to request credit back directly through the platform. Please note that if a job lead is refunded, it will be issued as credit, even if the original payment was made in cash.
Standard Leads (Green Leads)
Please note that credit back requests for standard leads can only be submitted after 48 hours from the time the lead was purchased, and no later than 30 days after the purchase date.
To request credit back, follow the steps below:
- Select ‘My leads’
If you are using the app, this option can be found at the bottom of your screen.
If you are using the website, it is located in the panel at the top of the page.
- Locate the lead you would like to request credit back for.
- Select ‘More’, then choose ‘I couldn’t quote’
If you have reached your refund limit, the platform will notify you. If not, you will be presented with a series of options - please select the one that best matches your situation.
Agent Verified Leads (Blue Leads)
If you’re having difficulty contacting the customer or providing a quote on an Agent Verified lead, please follow these steps:
- Go to your My Leads folder.
- Select the relevant job.
- Click More options, then choose Help me quote, This option becomes available 24 hours after purchasing the lead, compared to 48 hours for standard leads.
- Include a brief explanation of the issue so our team can understand the situation and step in.
