How can I change my email address?
You can update the email address linked to your account directly through the platform.
If you are using the Rated People app
- Tap ‘More’ at the bottom of your screen.
- Select ‘Contact details’.
- Enter your new email address.
- Tap ‘Save’ to update your details.
If you are using the Rated People website
- Click ‘My account’ in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- From the drop-down menu, select ‘Contact preferences’.
- Under ‘Email & phone’, click ‘Edit’.
- Enter your new email address and click ‘Save’.
Once saved, your new email address will be used for account notifications, job alerts, and communication from Rated People.
