How can I rate a tradesperson?

Leaving a rating is an important part of the Rated People community. Your feedback helps other homeowners make informed decisions and allows tradespeople to build their reputation based on the quality of their work and customer service.

Sharing your experience - whether positive or constructive - helps maintain transparency on the platform and supports tradespeople who deliver great service.

If you are using the Rated People app

• Log in to your account.
• Select ‘Jobs’ at the bottom of your screen.
• Open the job post related to the work that was completed.
• Select the tradesperson you would like to leave a rating for.
• Tap ‘Add rating’.
• Choose the star rating you would like to give and add a description of your experience.
• Once finished, tap ‘Add rating’ to submit your review.

If you are using the Rated People website

• Log in to your account.
• Select ‘My jobs’ at the top of the page.
• Open the job post related to the work that was completed.
• Select the tradesperson you would like to rate.
• Click ‘Add rating’.
• Choose the star rating you would like to give and write a short description of your experience.
• Click ‘Confirm’ to submit your rating.

Your rating will then appear on the tradesperson’s profile, helping future homeowners understand the quality of their work and service.
