How can I request a rating?
Collecting ratings regularly helps build your reputation and makes it easier for homeowners to feel confident when choosing you for their job. Requesting a rating is quick and easy.
Requesting ratings for jobs completed on Rated People
- Select ‘My Leads’.
If you are using the app, you will find this option at the bottom of your screen.
If you are using the website, it is located in the panel at the top of the page.
- Locate the job lead you would like to request a rating for.
- Select ‘Request a rating’. An email will then be sent to the homeowner inviting them to leave feedback about the work you completed.
Please note that a rating can only be requested once for each job. If you have already requested a rating, you will not be able to send another request. If the homeowner has not received the link for any reason, please contact our Support Team via the chatbot, and we will be happy to assist.
Requesting ratings for jobs completed outside Rated People
You can also request external ratings from customers for jobs that were completed outside of the Rated People platform. This is a great way to strengthen your profile, particularly if you are new to Rated People and want to showcase previous work.
To request an external rating, you can send an invitation to your customer through your account. You can find more information here.
