How can I respond to a rating?

You can reply to a rating directly from your account. Follow the steps below depending on whether you are using the app or the website.

If you are using the Rated People app

• Log in to your account.
• Tap ‘My Leads’ at the bottom of your screen.
• Find the job lead where you received the rating.
• Tap ‘Respond to rating’ and enter your reply.

If you are using the Rated People website

• Log in to your account.
• Click ‘My Ratings’ at the top of the page.
• Scroll down to find the rating you would like to respond to.
• Click ‘Reply to rating’ and submit your response.

Your reply will appear on your profile alongside the rating, so we recommend keeping your response clear, professional, and constructive.
