What should I do if I’m unable to log into my account?
If you’re having trouble logging into your Rated People account, there are a few quick checks you can try first.
Check your login details
- Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure that capital and lowercase letters are entered exactly as they were set.
- Ensure there are no spaces before or after your email address when entering your username, especially if you copied and pasted it.
- Confirm that you are using the correct email address associated with your account.
If you’re still unable to log in, please click “I don’t know my password.” You’ll be sent an email to reset your password, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as it may be filtered there.
If you have just signed up
When you sign up, a username is automatically created for you using the email address linked to your account. When logging in for the first time, you can request a new password using that email address.
After requesting a password reset, you will receive an email with instructions to set your password. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
