If you are experiencing technical difficulties on the platform, we recommend trying the following steps first.
If you are using the Rated People app
Please delete and reinstall the app on your device. This step is important, as it ensures the app is refreshed and updated to the latest version, which can often resolve common issues.
If you are using the website or the issue continues
If you are using the website, or if reinstalling the app does not resolve the issue, please reach out to the Rated People chatbot, which will raise a case for our Support Team to assist.
When reporting a technical issue via the Rated People chatbot, please provide the following information so we can investigate the problem more effectively:
- The type of phone or device you are using (for example Apple/iPhone or Android)
- Whether you have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app
- How long the issue has been occurring
- A brief description of what is happening
Once our Support Team has reviewed the information, we may escalate the issue to our Tech Team for further investigation if needed. Providing as much detail as possible will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
