Where can I view the job leads I have purchased?
You can view your recently purchased leads by clicking ‘My Leads’ and selecting the ‘New’ folder. This is where all newly purchased job leads will appear.
To keep your account organised and make sure you’re managing your opportunities effectively, it’s important to move leads through the different folders as their status changes.
Lead folders explained:
New
This folder contains all the leads you’ve recently purchased. These are jobs you should contact the homeowner about as soon as possible.
Quoted
Move a lead to Quoted once you have spoken with the homeowner and provided a quote or estimate for the work.
Won
If the homeowner confirms that you will carry out the work, move the lead to Won.
Done
Once the job has been completed, move the lead to Done.
If you request a rating from the homeowner, the lead will automatically move to Done and cannot be moved back to another folder.
Couldn’t quote
If you were unable to provide a quote (for example, the job isn’t suitable, the customer didn’t respond, or the job is outside your scope), move the lead to Couldn’t quote.
Please note that if you request credit back for a lead through ‘I Couldn't Quote’, you will not be able to request a rating from the homeowner for that job.
Lost
If the homeowner chooses another tradesperson or decides not to proceed with you, move the lead to Lost.
Archive
Use Archive to store older leads that are no longer active but that you may want to keep for reference.
Good lead management practices:
Keeping your leads organised is an important part of managing your work effectively. We recommend that you:
- Contact homeowners as soon as possible after purchasing a lead.
- Update the lead status regularly so you know exactly where each job stands.
- Move leads to the correct folder once the situation changes (quoted, won, lost, etc.).
- Keep your folders tidy so you can easily track active opportunities and completed jobs.
Maintaining good admin habits helps you stay on top of your leads and ensures you don’t miss out on potential work.
