Yes, you will be notified when a tradesperson shows interest in your job or contacts you.

You may receive notifications in two ways:

• Push notifications – Sent مباشرة to your mobile device through the Rated People app
• Email notifications – Sent to your registered email address

You’ll be notified when:

• A tradesperson expresses interest in your job
• A tradesperson contacts you via chat
• There are updates related to your job

Make sure notifications are enabled

To ensure you receive these updates, it’s important to have notifications enabled both:

1. Within your Rated People account, and
2. On your device settings (iPhone or Android)

If notifications are turned off on your phone, you may miss important updates about your job.
