Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again.
