Mo was on time, re-confirmed all that needed to be done and completed the work to a high standard, well within budget. He asked me to inspect before finishing up and tidying. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

Overall got the job done but the woodwork paint peeled off after a week as was not sanded down. Alex agreed to fix the work but did not show up.

They worked hard during the time they were here, they were very tidy, bagging and removing all waste from site on completion. They completed the work to my satisfaction at a very competitive price.
