Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.
