BTS building is a lovely father and Son operation. They are hard working and keep you updated with plans, progress and working times etc. The quality of the build is very good and they are happy to offer ideas for slight changes to improve the usability of the space.

Did a great job boxing, tiling and plumbing new cloakroom. Very reliable, trustworthy and helpful with designs. Would definitely have back to do more bathroom renovations.

Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. Easy to arrange the initial visit even on a weekend. Arrived early but apologised. Instantly quoted for the job with different options and explained each of them very well. Was able to carry out the repair job there and then and even tidy up some loose/redundant cables too. Would definitely use again if anything else crops up in the future.

We had the hall, stairs and landing painted and papered. Every stage of the job was completed to a very high standard, there was more prep work than initially thought but that was no fault of Tony's but discovered on stripping the old paper. The extra work was done with no extra charge, including a repaint of a radiator. Tony is an exceptionally nice person who works very hard and neatly we highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.
