It was only a small job and the exact cause of the leak in the roof couldn't be confirmed from ground level. Peter came round promptly and gave me a quote based on the information I gave him. The work was done the following week and was slightly more extensive than expected but within the original quote range. All in all excellent service and I would definitely the company again.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Malcolm was prompt and helpful, giving us advice when asked and buying fixtures to match our existing ones. He did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the end result! I cannot praise Christopher/W Spencer Interiors enough from the initial contact through to the completion of the project. Chris took time to understand what I wanted and was always willing to amend the plans to ensure that he had interpreted my requirements. He was reliable and always responded to emails and turned up when he said he would! Finally, the quality of his carpentry is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout. The supplied product is phenomenal and has really finished our project off. Pete turned up on time despite a very long drive and worked very hard to get the floor down ahead of schedule. We've been delighted with Pete's service throughout and would use him again in a heartbeat and would similarly recommend him highly, and have passed his details on to friends

An excellent job on my very shabby looking guttering, which is now looking amazing. Jeff was efficient, tidy, and also sorted out a roof leak and tile replacement, and aerial removal. I would definitely recommend Jeff. Good pricing as well.
