Simply brilliant. Dan didn't just show up on time, he showed up early (and early in the day as well) so we could get on with the rest of our morning. He brought the parts just based on the picture which speaks to experience and even when he needed to swap a part, was able to do it as soon as a nearby shop opened. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
