And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. What you want is honest opinion, to have good communication, to have things explained, photos are a bonus and someone professional and approachable and knows what they are doing. We had this with Pawel. Everything was explained well. The job was not rushed. He took time to assess, review and evaluate. He kept us informed throughout the work. Price was reasonable also. We will hire Pawel again. We highly recommend.

I have only used Agob twice now, but found the two men very courteous and pleasant. They phone prior to arriving and are always willing to adjust the time to suit me. They work efficiently and bring their own products and equipment. When I had to ask for more attention to be given to particular job, it was done. The only drawback is the minimum time slot being 2 hours.
