Just found another leak around the shower fittings which is running onto the shower tray and adding damp so I cannot add sealant to the tray/tile joint. Can't use the shower that is less than a year old - further poor shoddy workmanship. When he last came to fix something he said he wouldn't be in the area again. I retract any previous recommendations.

From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. I was going to wait until he finished everything but seeing as it's 99% finished I don't see why it can't be done earlier, or in this case, late! I first contacted him back in May last year (2023) and back then I was inundated with quotes. To cut a long story short and say that he's patient to wait for me is an understatement.
