- Only half the area of the land around your home can be covered by the conservatory
- Your conservatory can’t be higher than the highest part of the roof on your home / higher at the eaves than the existing eaves
- Your conservatory can’t create an alteration to your roof
- Your conservatory can’t be built forward of the ‘principal elevation’, or where it fronts a highway, the ‘side elevation’

Kyle Cummings came to repair our flat roof. What we thought was a successful repair, which we paid £500 for 1-1½hours work, 6 weeks with little rain, first heavy rain, bedroom ceiling still leaking. Kyle came on 7th June, he said it was new leak from chimney, flashing causing rain to run down a joist, £400 paid. No cat ladder used, his mate fell down the roof onto the flat roof, damaging it on the way down, leak 10 times worse. They knew they had damaged it. Making lots of excuses not to return. Don't trust
