Mick came to install an electronic cat flap which involved programming-in our cat's ID chip. He did a thorough job in setting up all the electrics and installing the cat flap perfectly, taking extra trouble to make it look neat and secure. He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance

Be very careful with these individuals, as there is a quoted price and the actual price they are really going to charge. As soon as the bathrooms wer ripped out leaks and other problems suddenly arose, adding at least £2000.00 to the bill. The shower pump was positioned under the bath where the only way to get to it was to open up a service hatch above the stairs, otherwise having to remove the bath and damage all the tiles. I paid for a new pump but they fitted one at least 4 years old. There's more......
