I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

Despite this, he was patient and thorough with a fidd;y repair and took the trouble to source exactly what I wanted for the items that needed replacing. When he left I had a new shower controller, 3 taps and a handle all sourced from different places and all looking beautiful and working perfectly. Good value for money as well.
