We're so delighted that we went with TBC. In total 4 ridge tiles were broken, old tiles kept to show us the fault. New tiles in place and look very good. Extra work requested on the conservatory to fix leaks, still waiting to see if this has worked, but feel confident. A very good job done in the required time.
