I can't rate quality or reliability as no work was carried out, but I would say beware Martin Crane of Union Builders> Over a weekend he rang me twice, and sent me 2 messages. I was away and couldn't answer. I did speak to him on the Monday, and he saw the job the same day. When I refused his quote, the most expensive I received, he sent me a text lying about the amount of the quote. I have proof of this. He was very keen to get the work, saying he could start immediately. I wonder why.

We had to get some of the work re-done as the first attempt was quite shoddy. They did return to rectify their mistakes though, and the end product is OK. The front porch was also left in a bit of a mess with rubble and debris everywhere. The price was good and the work was done quickly, but it did take two attempts. Ruben is a nice guy, but he was only there at the very start and end of the job, leaving someone else to do the actual work.

DP Roofing did a really good job at a very competitive price. The provision of the quote and completion of the work were both very prompt indeed.. The work involved sourcing and fitting a replacement velux window and replacing some rotten timber on a veranda roof. Will look to use where possible in future.
