Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.

An excellent service. Saab made the whole experience stress free. He took care of every detail of the job and communicated at every stage even out of office hours, never left you handling. Saab was flexible with appointments and stayed in communication before each visit. I am overseas landlord and were able to organise every with Saab with no problem. He is reliable and helpful. John turned up to complete an electrical standards test of my kitchen within a few hours of me posting the job on Rated People which was great. He even managed to turn off the water for me when he discovered a leak from a toilet upstairs which was great as I wasn't at the property at the time. Cost was a little higher than I was expecting, but he was prompt and did everything he needed to do professionally.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*
