Job:-Full re-roof. The whole process from initial contact was seamless. On the scheduled start date Lee and his team were on time and started immediately. The whole team worked at pace supported by tea and coffee, etc. The quality of Lee’s and his team of Roofing Technicians is exceptional, the finish of the tiling, dry ridge and valleys and in particular the lead work is superb. The only thing that comes to mind is one of Henry Royce’s quotes. “The Quality will remain when the price is forgotten”

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Plugged Electrical were hired to carry out a rewire of my property. The quality of work carried out was substandard and in some cases dangerous. As we were getting electric shocks from light switches they had installed, we get an independant inspector to check his work and he was horrified. Problems included wiring blocks not secured, Fuse board incorrectly labelled, switches not earthed, cables exposed and a fake EIC report that was never submitted to the council. They also never paid their plasterer!
