Albuosiry replied very quickly at 9pm on a Tuesday night following no power on our 2nd and 3rd floor (shower, boiler, sockets), we arranged for him to visit the following morning at 9am, he was polite, knowledgeable, professional and exceptionally thorough, getting to the root of our problem, which he did after sourcing a part, fixing and revisiting later to check all working.
