I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

I've worked in the trade over 20 years having served my apprenticeship with Mansells. I have a good working knowledge of both carpentry and joinery. I'm a clean worker and respectful of peoples homes.
Prompt to contact. Did an excellent job and was friendly and courteous. I would recommend Tim Green to anyone in future for the type of work he does.
It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.
He turned up on time even on a Sunday! Charged a reasonable price, and did a great job!
Thinks outside of the box and is happy to work with clients on a step by step basis. Gave very helpful advice on the phone when the a circuit failed due to a previous owners bad wiring. Highly recommended.

S.S plumbuilds will be liable for there work for 3 months after completion, any problems in that time scale will be Amended free of charge. After this time scale, s.s Plumbuilds will not be obligated? or responsible, As this time scale is more than fair to reveal any issues. •NVQ level 1 & 2 in plumbing and heating •Unvented systems •Anglian water approved •gas certificate (currently expired) •Safety regs

Great communication; very quick & clear. Visited to give us a quote & explained next steps. When I was uncontactable due to a problem with my phone (that S1 didn't know about), they tried various methods of getting in touch: voicemail messages, texts, and even calling round in person & leaving messages with our next door neighbour! Good work was completed on time. Only minor gripe was some old paint flakes left lying that I thought would have been cleared up. Would definitely use S1 again though.
