Karl was brilliant! No indrawn breaths or treating me like an idiot because I'm a woman! The quote was very reasonable and the price was as quoted, even though he encountered unforeseen problems. The job was done quickly and on time.and cleared up afterwards. Will use them for all future jobs and highly recommend.

Not a comfortable experience. Upped the price upon completion after agreement. Agreement had already been pushed beyond the max quote. Had to come back out the following day to put right a leak left behind & stuffed badly made holes through exterior wall with kitchen towel. The work already needs rectifying again & new tradesperson is miffed at the work done & price charged. Feel vulnerable leaving this as he talked about someone else who’d left a negative review to me.
