Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. Job diagnosed and resolved, I wasn't at the property at the time but I want to thank the tradesperson involved. One thing I would have liked prior to the visit was a conversation on the phone, as the solution was a replacement seal. I did try to call but was advised to text only. If I was able to discuss the issue first then I might have been able to resolve the problem myself and avoid the charge, which I expect mostly covered the call out. The customer service and knowledge though was superb.
