Dave did a great job. He came to see us and recommended an alternative plan, (which was cheaper). He arranged to do the job, arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. Tidied up. Polite and reliable. Would definitely contact again :))

One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.

We found Kurt to be reliable, hard working and really easy to deal with. He put us in touch with another contact too, and together they worked as a team to re-build and fit our kitchen exterior wall with new bi-fold doors. Kurt also helped prepare our chimney for a new wood burning stove - overall a great job and the work of a high quality. Highly recommended - thank you!

James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. Kris & his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with on our kitchen extension project over the last few months. They have been professional and friendly, with a great attention to detail. This was a small job to demolish a brick pillar at front of my house affected by root growth and rebuild a new pillar. From my initial contact with Greg, til the completion of the job, my experience was excellent. He turned up to quote for the work at the agreed time. The very reasonable quote was given immediately and on acceptance Greg was able to fit in this small job within a few days. He turned up on time, did an excellent job and left the site tidy. Very impressed.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.

Ben built us a shower room and plastered most of our downstairs to cover artex walls and ceiling. Excellent service from start to finish, Ben kept us in the loop at all times, giving us really good and creative advice. Delighted with end products.Would strongly recommend him and use again.

James was a friendly individual and a good communicator who responded promptly to any enquiry about the job. He kept us regularly informed of when he would be attending the property to progress the repairs. His quote was most reasonable and we were pleased with the completed works.
