Quoted on the leak on my chimney. Agreed to the work came and completed few weeks later still have the same leak contacted Leighton who eventually came back out and told use it’s now a different issue. Eventually agreed to repair original fault. Another few weeks and still have the leak got another roofer to inspect and been told quality of work is poor and now require a new roof Leighton doesn’t respond to called and texts and not helpful when requesting a refund for the work his carried out.

The work was very poorly done, it was not completed properly and on top of that, they damaged some tiles on my porch and bay window. They took the money and ran. Now can't get hold of them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Keep your money and go elsewhere

Phoned them bk because there was still a small drip. Was politely told " i was nice enough to yell you you need more work on your roof. With a quote of 860. Had a different roofer take a look who advised me against any such work at that price. After several txts he became very rude and refused to even consider coming bk. I paid 250 for a bit of dealant and putting bk 3-4 tiles. Lessons learned, I'll thoroughly research any company before allowing any work to be done. Shame because i really liked the guys.

James came to my property to fit some cladding , he did an excellent job, he came back a week after, cleaned all the moss off my roof, cleaned gutters, replaced some cracked tiles and refined my ruche tiles, he also removed weeds off my out building roof and cleaned up after himself. Went from £60 for this to £3850 to replace the gable end. Bought supplies and carried on after being told to stop. Demanded £500 for goods worth £200, threatened he wouldn't leave without money. Smashed some of the goods before running when I called the police.
