Great work by Karl and the team, lots of extras thrown into my request last minute which Karl was able to factor in without issue. Quality of work was great, and all within time. Only downside was tidiness, unfortunately due to plastering works, flooring was damaged but Karl acknowledged this straight away and offered multiple options to resolve which we agreed very quickly.
