I hired this person in August 2023 to paint the outside of a small terraced house. It was in disrepair and needed a lot of preparation done before painting. The sandstone slabs that sit on top of the wall needed leveling off because some of it had fell away. Ian leveled it off with white outdoor polyfilla instead of sand and cement which I paid for and which he subsequently left the job with unused. The polyfilla lasted 12 weeks and has fell away. I'm hoping I can upload photos. Terrible finish

Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. (plus many other jobs over the last X6 months). Mark is competent in nearly all trades which made all the jobs X10 easier and cheaper. Brilliant service from the first contact Simon came to quote for the job, he was always on time, gave a full quote which was very competitive, a start and finish date which he kept to.. I did ask for his advice on a few little jobs which he just got on with at no extra charge, nothing was to much trouble. We had a very small patio we wanted to lay and thought no-one would be interested in doing such a small job but ADI SNAPE said he was happy to come and take a look. He agreed to do the work (which actually only needed two paving slabs). We were told exactly would be required before we agreed to the work and he arrived exactly when he said he would. we are really pleased with the work and the service we received and would definitely use his company again.
Cliff, he was efficient, reliable, well priced and an excellent tradesman. We called him in to repair a chimney breast and fix our garage which was leaking. We were delighted with the work on the chimney, he is a fantastic render and plasterer. cliff is now renovating our bathroom, plus our neighbours are also putting him to work. An added bonus is he is a good communicator so he was able to work with our two very different personalities with different ideas, Cliff took it all in his stride.
