I cannot give Ithan from Infinity Flooring enough praise. From initial contact to completion of the job, the process was excellent. Ithan gave a fair price, worked meticulously on levelling a previously screened flooring and laying 25m2 of lvt across three rooms to a very high standard. Iosef turned up on time after providing a competitive quote a few days earlier. While he was quoting for the regrouting in the shower room I asked if he could quote for painting some outdoor garden walls that needed some old paint removing and made good before painting. He did both jobs in 3 days very professionally and left everything very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again as he has many skills listed.

Paul fitted our herringbone flooring in our kitchen in less than a day. He was very good value but within a week it was really creaking and is embarrassing when people come over. Not a good finish at all. I have asked Paul to come back and fix it and even offered to pay extra for him to sort it but he is not interested. It has been 2 months since he fitted it and it is getting worse. Sorry Paul but I'm afraid it is 3/5 from me.

Didn’t finish the job I paid for- ripped me off for £10,000. I had to pay for both my garden and neighbours to be fixed which equaled the 10k. Do not hire this guy or anyone associated with the company - he will rip you off and leave you with huge bills. Do not hire and pay up front- if you are silly like me, you’ll lose money and any tools you lend them which is unprofessional. Stay clear and use trust a trader.com. Visit this guys office and you are threatened with violence - this guy Gicu is a bandit.
