Joe responded to our urgent request last night. He asked me to send photos over which I did and he gave me an estimate of what it may cost. I was happy to proceed with the job and he arrived this morning to fix our toilet that had been leaking and the cistern wouldn’t flush. He’d already been and bought the parts before arriving so was very organised. He was done & dusted within 1/2 an hour. Very quick and efficient. Would highly recommend and we now have his card for any future plumbing jobs.
