RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.

James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.

Artur was very helpful. He did the work and left everything tidy and clean. He even moved things that needed to be moved and extra bits that needed doing at no extra cost. Joe and his son did a wonderful job, they came everyday until the job was done and cleared up each day before they left. the quality of the workmanship on our loft conversion is great and we are very satisfied with the price. We would recommend them to anyone looking to do a loft conversion on a tight budget.

J&m roofing ltd did a fantastic job on my roof. There was no messing around and no stress. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
